Scope
Blue Line will review source files, workflow notes, and business rules supplied by Client and prepare the agreed deliverables listed in the estimate.
Deliverables
- Cleaned file, tracker, mapping matrix, technical documentation, or automation artifact as scoped
- Summary of assumptions, exceptions, and open questions
- One review cycle unless otherwise agreed
Client Responsibilities
- Provide source files and business rules
- Confirm valid values and approval criteria
- Review deliverables within five business days
Change Control
Requests that add files, systems, fields, business rules, automation steps, or documentation beyond the agreed scope require a written scope update or change order.
Acceptance
Deliverables are considered accepted unless material defects are reported within five business days of delivery.
