Quote & SOW

Quotes happen after the scope is visible.

Blue Line quotes work after reviewing file type, volume, cleanup rules, destination, timeline, and whether documentation or automation is needed.

1. Quick review

Prospect sends a sample, screenshot, or description of the workflow.

2. Scope check

Blue Line confirms deliverables, data rules, timeline, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.

3. Written estimate

Client receives price, timeline, assumptions, exclusions, and SOW-style scope language.

Suggested acceptance language

Deliverables will be considered accepted unless material defects are reported within five business days of delivery. Requests that add files, systems, fields, business rules, automation steps, or documentation beyond the agreed scope will be handled through a written scope update or change order.
